Abiralieva 500mg Tablet is used in adult men in the treatment of prostate cancer, which has spread to other parts of the body. Abiralieva 500mg Tablet stops the body from the production of testosterone, which slows down the growth of prostate cancer. Abiralieva 500mg Tablet is prescribed to the early stage of disease where it still responds to hormone therapy

The patient should talk to his/her Physician or Pharmacist if he/she has liver problems, high blood pressure or heart failure, or low blood potassium as it may increase the risk of heart rhythm problems, heart or blood vessel related problems, irregular or fast heart rate, shortness of breath, rapid weight gain, swelling in feet, ankles or legs, possible effects on bones, in case of high blood sugar, with any heart or blood vessel conditions, including irregularities in the heart rhythm or being treated with medicines for these conditions, yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting as these are the signs of liver problems. Very rarely liver failure occurs that leads to death. 

The medicine is not used in children and adolescents. If accidently ingested then take the patient along with the package leaflet to the doctor on an emergency basis. The serious side effects include muscle weakness, muscle twitching, palpitation. These are the signs of low potassium in your blood. Decrease in red blood cells, reduced sex drive occurs with the intake of Abiralieva 500mg Tablet.One must never take an Abiralieva 500mg Tablet with Ra-223, which is used to treat prostate cancer.

Taflieva 25mg Tablet is an antiviral medication containing the active constituent Tenofovir alafenamide. It is used to treat chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Hepatitis B is an infection affecting the liver caused by the hepatitis B virus. Discuss with your doctor about the precautions needed to avoid infecting others. Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had kidney diseases, liver diseases, or HIV before taking Taflieva 25mg Tablet. Administration of this medicine may lead to lactic acidosis (accumulation of excessive acid) and hepatomegaly (enlarged liver). 

It is not recommended for patients weighing less than 35 kg. This medicine contains lactose. Contact your doctor if you are intolerant to sugars before taking medicine. Tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding or pregnant before taking Taflieva 25mg Tablet. Do not stop taking this medicine without your doctor’s advice, as it may worsen the condition. The safety and efficacy of this medication in pediatric patients may differ from those in adults. Dosage adjustments and careful monitoring may be necessary for children and the elderly.

Zodlieva 4mg Injection contains the active substance Zoledronic Acid. It belongs to the group of substances called bisphosphonates. It is used to reduce the amount of calcium in the blood in adult patients where it is too high due to the presence of a tumor. Tumors can accelerate normal bone change in such a way that the release of calcium from bone is increased. This condition is known as tumor-induced hypercalcemia (TIH). It is also used to prevent bone complications in adult patients with multiple myeloma and bone metastases from solid tumors (spread of cancer from the primary site to the bone), in addition to standard cancer therapy.   

Zodlieva 4mg Injection is also indicated to prevent or treat osteoporosis (a condition in which the bones become thin and weak and break easily) in women who have undergone menopause. It is also used to treat osteoporosis in men. It is used to treat Paget’s disease of bone (a condition in which the bones are soft and weak and may be deformed, painful, or easily broken). Other uses include treating or preventing osteoporosis in men and women taking glucocorticoids (a corticosteroid medication that may cause osteoporosis). 

Adbiron 250mg Tablet contains the active constituent abiraterone acetate. It is used in adult men to treat prostate cancer, which has spread to other parts of the body. It is usually given with steroid medication to lower the chances of side effects. When Adbiron 250mg Tablet is prescribed for an early stage of this disorder, it is used with testosterone lowering treatment. This medicine is not for use in women or children. Effective contraception must be taken throughout the treatment. This medicine contains lactose and sodium, inform your physician if you have lactose intolerance or on a salt control diet.

Inform to the physician if the patients have liver problems, high blood pressure, heart disorders, low blood potassium, diabetes, allergic conditions, or other diseases. Make sure to inform your physician of all the medicines, including supplements and herbal medicines, you are taking before you start the treatment with this medication. The most common side effects of this medication are fluid in feet or legs, high blood pressure, and diarrhea. A decrease in red blood cells and reduced sex drive may also occur with the intake of Adbiron 250mg Tablet. This medicine should not be taken with Ra-223, which is used to treat prostate cancer.

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with Adbiron 250mg Tablet and cause undesirable side effects.

Adbiron 250mg Tablet medicine should always be consumed as per the direction of your physician or pharmacist. The drug should be taken by mouth. It should not be taken with food. Swallow the tablets whole with water without breaking them. Food must be eaten at least 2 hours before taking the medication and must not be eaten for at least 1 hour after taking the medicine. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not touch this medication without gloves.

Azel 40mg capsule contains the active ingredient Enzalutamide. It is an antineoplastic drug that belongs to the category of medicines known as androgen receptor inhibitors. This medication is used in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer in patients who do not respond to surgical or hormonal treatments.

It is not recommended to take this capsules if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. During the treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor for Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests. This blood test measures the level of PSA, a protein produced by the prostate gland that can be elevated in men with prostate cancer. PSA levels can help monitor the progression of the disease and the response to treatment. Other tests also include liver function tests and complete blood count(CBC) to prevent serious complications. 

This medicine can cause seizures, so patients with a history of seizures should use caution when taking this medication. Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice while taking this drug, as it can increase the levels of the medication in the body. This drug is not recommended during pregnancy as it causes harm to the unborn baby, and it also causes fertility issues, inform your doctor about any fertility concern you may have before starting treatment with this medicine. Before beginning this treatment, tell your healthcare provider if you are pregnant or planning to have a baby. It is advised for both men and women to follow proper contraceptive methods during and for 3 months after the last dose of Azel 40mg capsule.

Betrecep 5mg tablet contains the active substance Tofacitinib. It is a disease-modifying anti-rheumatoid drug (DMARDs) that belongs to the class immunomodulators. It is used alone or with other medications to treat rheumatoid arthritis (A condition in which the body attacks its joints, causing pain, swelling, and loss of function) in adults who are unable to take or do not respond to other medications. It is also used to treat psoriatic arthritis (A condition that causes joint pain and swelling, and scales on the skin). It is also indicated for treating adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. 

Hepcinat plus tablet contains active agents Daclatasvir and Sofosbuvir. It is an antiviral medication used to treat chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections. Hepatitis C infection is a liver disease caused by the hepatitis C virus (HCV). Talk to your doctor if you have liver problems other than hepatitis C infection, had a liver transplant, diabetes, heart disorders, severe kidney problems, or are on dialysis before taking Hepcinat plus tablet. Your physician will perform blood tests to check for hepatitis B virus infection before starting treatment with this medicine, as this medicine can reactivate the hepatitis B virus. 

Hepatitis B virus reactivation can cause serious liver problems and liver failure. It is vital to inform your doctor if you are taking or have taken any medication for heart problems in the past months. Elderly patients may be more susceptible to the side effects of Hepcinat plus tablet and may require lower doses or closer monitoring during treatment. The safety and effectiveness of pediatric patients have not been established. These medications should only be used in children under the guidance of a pediatric specialist.

Erlolieva 150mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine. Cancer is an abnormal and uncontrolled multiplication of cells within the body. It is used in the treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Erlolieva 150mg Tablet is given in combination with Gemcitabine to treat pancreas cancer at the metastatic stage. Administration of this medicine may lead to kidney and liver failure. Doctors will periodically monitor kidney and liver function. Inform the physician about any history of clotting disorders or medicines taken for clotting disorders, as the Erlolieva 150mg Tablet may increase the tendency to bleed.  

Inform the physician if patients develop pain in the eye, blurred vision, cough, fever, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, and persistent diarrhea while taking this medicine. Patients are advised not to smoke while treated with this medicine, as smoking may decrease the amount of medicine in the blood. Wear protective clothing and sunscreen while going outside.

Erlolieva 150mg Tablet prevents the activity of a protein called epidermal growth factor receptor (EFGR), a protein involved in the spread and growth of cancer cells.

Feravir 400 Tablet contains Favipiravir which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiviral drugs. It is used to manage patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 disease, which is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes short-term, mild upper respiratory infection (common cold) associated with symptoms such as nasal obstruction, sneezing, runny nose and sometimes cough.

Prior to management with FERAVIR 400 TABLET, your doctor may want you to take several tests to understand your existing condition.

Before taking FERAVIR 400 TABLET, inform your doctor if you have gout. FERAVIR 400 TABLET is not recommended for use if you are allergic to Favipiravir or have severe liver or kidney impairment.

FERAVIR 400 TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women, also it is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). It should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years or above).

The most common side effects of taking FERAVIR 400 TABLET is diarrhoea. Consult your doctor if your symptom worsens.
