Zoladex LA 10.8mg injection is a chemotherapy agent containing the active constituent Goserelin Acetate. This medicine belongs to the luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonists. In Men, it is used in combination with other medicines to treat localized prostate cancer and used alone to treat advanced prostate cancer. In women, it is used to treat advanced breast cancer, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids. It is also used as an endometrial-thinning agent before surgery on your uterus. It also helps to treat infertility with other medicines. Inform your doctor immediately if you face any injection site injury after receiving the injection.  

Zoladex LA 10.8mg injection works by reducing testosterone hormone in men and estrogen hormone in women. Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure or heart problems, including rhythm changes. Consult your doctor if you face any mood changes like depression or anxiety when taking this medicine. This medicine is not indicated in children. The most common side effects of Zoladex LA 10.8mg injection in men are hot flashes, urinary tract infections, and sexual dysfunction. In women, hot flashes, acne, sweating, and depression are the common adverse effects of this medicine.

Tenolieva 300mg Tablet consists of the active substance called Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate, which belongs to the class of antiretroviral or antiviral medicine. This medicine treats HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) and HBV (hepatitis B virus) infections. It is a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) and works by inhibiting the enzymes (HIV reverse transcriptase; hepatitis B DNA polymerase) that are important for virus replication. It should always be taken in combination with other medicines to treat HIV infection. This tablet is suitable for adults and adolescents aged from 12 to 18 years. For HIV, this medicine is given to adolescents who have already been medicated with other HIV medicines which are no longer fully effective due to resistance or have caused side effects. This tablet is not been studied in patients over 65 years of age.

Do not consume this drug if you have experienced hypersensitivity reactions to Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or any of its ingredients. During the Tenolieva 300mg Tablet tablet treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your blood counts, bone mineral density, liver and kidney parameters to prevent serious complications. Report to your doctor if you have had a history of heart failure, pancreatitis, bone disease (osteonecrosis - the death of bone tissue), fractures, liver (chronic hepatitis B or C), or kidney problems. 

Tenolieva 300mg Tablet should not be given to adolescents with existing kidney problems. If you have lactose intolerance, notify your doctor before starting the treatment. Inform your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant, or pregnant, or think you may be pregnant. Breastfeeding is not recommended due to the potential transmission of HIV. Use effective contraception to avoid transmission of HIV infection from patients.

The reverse transcriptase enzyme produces copies of DNA from the HIV’s RNA. Tenolieva 300mg Tablet Tablet is a nucleotide analog that inhibits the reverse transcriptase enzyme and blocks DNA synthesis. It decreases the viral load of HIV in the blood and increases the number of CD4 (T) cells, enabling the immune system to fight other infections. This reduces the risk of severity and death associated with a weak immune system.

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications such as aminoglycosides, pentamidine, or vancomycin, and other medications may interact with the Tenolieva 300mg Tablet and can cause undesirable side effects.

Immunorel 10gm Injection 100ml is an immunostimulant drug in the category of immunoglobulin derivatives, containing the active ingredient Human Normal Immunoglobulin. It is used as a replacement therapy for individuals with primary immunodeficiency disorders (PIDs), where the body's immune system cannot produce sufficient antibodies to fight off infections. The medication is also used to modulate or regulate the immune system in certain autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. It can help reduce excessive inflammation and suppress abnormal immune responses.

Albucel 20% injection 100ml contains human albumin as the active constituent. It consists of a liquid albumin preparation prepared from human plasma. It is administered to replace lost blood or body fluids due to conditions such as excessive bleeding, surgery, or kidney dialysis. It helps restore and maintain blood volume. This medicine can be given to both adults and children. Albumin is a protein that helps maintain the osmotic pressure between the blood vessels and tissue. It is responsible for regulating fluid balance. 

Volume deficiencies may occur during certain medical conditions or treatments, such as surgery, shock, severe trauma, liver failure, dialysis, and burn therapy. Albucel 20% injection 100ml is commonly used to address these deficiencies. However, as this drug is obtained from human plasma, there is a higher chance of viral infections in patients who receive frequent infusions. To mitigate the risk of viral infections, your doctor may administer vaccines for Hepatitis A and B before initiating the infusion. These vaccines help protect against these specific viral infections. Before receiving this injection, talk to your physician if you have hypertension, severe anemia, heart disease, lung inflammation, or breathing difficulty. Do not receive this drug if you are allergic or have had previous allergic reactions to Human albumin. 

Sovihep V tablet contains the active components Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir.  It is used to treat chronic hepatitis C. Hepatitis C is a liver infection caused by the hepatitis C virus (HCV). The treatment duration is often shorter than older treatment regimens. The duration can vary depending on factors such as HCV genotype, previous treatment history, and the presence of liver cirrhosis. Successful treatment with Sovihep V tablet can significantly reduce liver inflammation and fibrosis caused by HCV infection. By achieving viral eradication, the risk of developing liver cirrhosis, liver failure, and hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) can be substantially reduced.

If you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to Sovihep V tablet or any of the components of the medication, you should not take it. The safety and efficacy of sofosbuvir and velpatasvir combination therapy have not been established in children under 18. Its use in the pediatric population is currently limited. It is recommended to use alternative treatment options or adjust the dosage in these cases. 

Neukine 300mcg Injection is given as an injection by a qualified medical professional. You should continue to take as long as your doctor advises for it. The duration of treatment varies according to your need and response to treatment. You might be asked to get regular tests done to check the number of blood cells in your blood and your bone density level while you are taking this medicine.

The most common side effects of this medicine include bone pain, weakness, headache, and rash. Other than this, pain or redness at the site of injection is common. But, inform your doctor if you notice a lump, swelling, or bruising that does not go away. It might not prevent you from all kinds of infection, hence inform your doctor if you notice fever, chills, rash, sore throat, and swelling around the face or neck.

This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by both males and females during treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.

Ursolieva 300mg Tablet consists of the active ingredient Ursodeoxycholic acid. It belongs to the group of medicines called Hepatoprotective agents. It is prescribed for liver and biliary conditions in case of cystic fibrosis and primary biliary cholangitis. Primary biliary cholangitis is a liver disorder where improper bile drainage damages liver tissues. Cystic fibrosis is an inherited liver and bile duct disease where the mucus in the body toughens and leads to clogging and inflammation. 

Don't take this tablet if you are allergic to Ursodeoxycholic acid or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. Before starting this treatment, inform your doctor if you have an acute inflammation or non-functional gallbladder or a narrowing or blockage of the bile ducts and your history with gallbladder conditions. If you have a history of liver disease or obstruction in bile passage, your doctor may monitor your liver function every four weeks during the first three months of treatment. This monitoring would also enable early detection of acute liver failure, especially in people with advanced primary biliary cholangitis. 

Before starting the treatment with Ursolieva 300mg Tablet, notify your doctor if you have recently had surgery in any part of your intestine or hepatic encephalopathy (nervous system disorder caused by severe liver disorder) or if you have a liver bleeding disorder and any liver-related condition. Report to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney condition because there is limited information on the use of this tablet in patients with kidney disease. The common side effects of this tablet are pasty stool, diarrhea, rash, and abdominal pain.

• Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC)
• Cystic fibrosis (liver disease in children aged between 6 to 18 years)
• Gallstone (not visible on plain X-ray)

Ursolieva 300mg Tablet works by reducing the production of cholesterol in the liver and increasing the secretion of bile. This helps to dissolve and prevent the formation of gallstones, as well as improve liver function in certain conditions.

Certain medications such as cholestyramine, colestipol, cyclosporin, nitrendipine, birth control pill, blood thinner and antacids may interact with Ursolieva 300mg Tablet and reduce effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

Ribalieva 200mg Tablet is an antiviral medicine containing the active constituent Ribavirin. It treats chronic hepatitis C in patients aged three years and older. Hepatitis C (a liver infection) occurs due to the hepatitis C virus (HCV). It is always given with other medicines to treat hepatitis C infection. This antiviral medication should not be used if a person has a history of heart attack or severe heart disease in the past six months, has blood disorders (abnormal red blood cells and hemoglobin) or severe kidney problems, or takes didanosine (which treats HIV infection).

Individuals with a known history of allergy or hypersensitivity to Ribavirin or its components should not use it. Talk to the physician if you have any previous breathing problems, thyroid disorders, mental health illness, anemia, vision problems, diabetes, alcohol or drug addiction, or had an organ transplant before taking Ribalieva 200mg Tablet. The use of this medication in children and adolescents is generally not recommended unless specifically indicated. This antiviral medicine can be very harmful to the unborn baby.

Ribalieva 200mg Tablet is therapeutic in treating chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. It works by inhibiting viral replication, thereby reducing the viral load in the body and improving liver function. The combination therapy helps achieve sustained virologic response (SVR), which indicates a successful treatment outcome with long-term virus clearance.

Kryxana 200mg Tablet is an anticancer medication containing the active ingredient ribociclib. Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. It is used in women to treat a type of breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2 negative breast cancer) that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body.  This medication is given in combination with other medications. It can also be used in treatment of endometrial cancer in combination with other drugs. It works by inhibiting the activity of certain proteins, which regulate cell growth and division. By blocking these proteins, it can slow down or stop the growth of cancer cells. 

Kryxana 200mg Tablet is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age. Before taking this medication, it is vital to inform your doctor if you have any signs of infections (fever, mouth ulcers, or sore throat), liver disorders, heart disorders, or if you are allergic to peanut or soya.  You should not drink grapefruit juice or eat grapefruits during the treatment with this Tablet.  It should not be used in person who have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to Kryxana 200 mg Tablet or any of its components. It is important to discuss any potential contraindications with your doctor before starting treatment. Possible side effects include low white blood cell counts, fatigue, nausea, diarrhoea, and hair loss. It is only prescribed for patients who have already gone through menopause. It is not recommended for premenopausal women or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

REVOLADE 50MG TABLET contains Eltrombopag which belongs to the group of medicines called Thrombopoietin-receptor agonist. REVOLADE 50MG TABLET is used to treat immune thrombocytopenia (platelet disorder) in patients aged 1-year/above when other medicines (such as corticosteroids/immunoglobulins) become ineffective to treat the disease.

REVOLADE 50MG TABLET is also used to treat thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) in adults suffering from hepatitis C (viral) infection. The medicine is also indicated for use to treat low blood counts in adults suffering from severe aplastic anemia (rare blood disorder that occurs due to failure of bone marrow to produce new blood cells).

REVOLADE 50MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients allergic to Eltrombopag.

Before taking REVOLADE 50MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are at a risk of developing blood clot in veins/arteries, and/or have cancer, obesity, advanced chronic liver disease, and/or kidney problems (such as renal impairment).
