Sofokast 400mg Tablet contains the active component as Sofosbuvir. It is a direct-acting antiviral medication used to treat hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Bdenza 80mg capsule contains the active ingredient Enzalutamide. It is an antineoplastic drug that belongs to the category of medicines known as androgen receptor inhibitors. This medication is used in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer in patients who do not respond to surgical or hormonal treatments.

It is not recommended to take this capsules if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. During the treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor for Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests. This blood test measures the level of PSA, a protein produced by the prostate gland that can be elevated in men with prostate cancer. PSA levels can help monitor the progression of the disease and the response to treatment. Other tests also include liver function tests and complete blood count(CBC) to prevent serious complications.

Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice while taking this drug, as it can increase the levels of the medication in the body. Lenvima 4mg Capsule is composed of the active ingredient Lenvatinib. It is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor indicated for progressive or advanced thyroid cancer when radioactive iodine therapy is not beneficial. It is also used to treat previously untreated liver cancer patients who are not eligible for surgical treatment. Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma (Advanced thyroid cancer) usually occurs in patients above 60 years of age. It is characterized by an enlarged and hard thyroid gland and hoarseness in the voice due to paralysis of the nerve in the voice box. Hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) develops due to preexisting liver conditions such as cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis B infection. Patients who have had an allergic reaction to Lenvima 4mg Capsule or any of its components should not take this medication. Patients should inform their dentist or oral surgeon that they are taking Lenvima 4mg Capsule, as it can impair wound healing and increase the risk of bleeding.

Lenvima 4mg Capsule is indicated to treat the following conditions:

• Certain types of advanced thyroid cancer
• Advanced Liver cancer
• Certain types of kidney cancer
• Endometrial cancer

Human albumin 20% injection (Grifols) 100ml contains human albumin as the active constituent. It consists of a liquid albumin preparation prepared from human plasma. It is administered to replace lost blood or body fluids due to conditions such as excessive bleeding, surgery, or kidney dialysis. It helps restore and maintain blood volume. This medicine can be given to both adults and children. Albumin is a protein that helps maintain the osmotic pressure between the blood vessels and tissue. It is responsible for regulating fluid balance. 

Volume deficiencies may occur during certain medical conditions or treatments, such as surgery, shock, severe trauma, liver failure, dialysis, and burn therapy. Human albumin 20% injection (Grifols) 100ml is commonly used to address these deficiencies. However, as this drug is obtained from human plasma, there is a higher chance of viral infections in patients who receive frequent infusions. To mitigate the risk of viral infections, your doctor may administer vaccines for Hepatitis A and B before initiating the infusion. Before receiving this injection, talk to your physician if you have hypertension, severe anemia, heart disease, lung inflammation, or breathing difficulty. Do not receive this drug if you are allergic or have had previous allergic reactions to Human albumin. 

When using Human albumin 20% injection (Grifols) 100ml, it is important to undergo blood pressure monitoring and regular blood tests. Your physician may also monitor your electrolyte levels to assess the status of your blood circulatory functions. Additionally, they will closely track your urine output, pulse rate, blood pressure, and hemoglobin levels throughout the treatment with this medicine. Imatikast 100mg tablet contains the active substance imatinib. It is an antineoplastic drug that belongs to the class tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This tablet is used in treating adults and children with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML- it is a form of leukemia in which certain abnormal white blood cells start growing out of control). It is also indicated to treat Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph-positive ALL). It is also used to treat certain types of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST, a type of tumor that grows in the walls of the digestive passages and may spread to other parts of the body). 

Imatikast 100mg tablet is also used to treat myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative diseases (MDS/MPD); these are a group of blood diseases in which some blood cells start growing out of control. They also treat hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) and/or chronic eosinophilic leukemia (CEL); these are blood diseases in which some blood cells (eosinophils) start growing out of control. This medicine is also intended to treat dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP), a cancer of the tissue beneath the skin in which some cells start growing abnormally. It works to inhibit the growth of these abnormal blood cells.  

Temalieva 100mg Capsule contains the active ingredient Temozolomide. It belongs to the class of medications known as Antitumor agents. It is prescribed to treat brain cancer, such as glioblastoma multiforme in adults and malignant glioma, including glioblastoma multiforme or anaplastic astrocytoma in patients older than three years. Glioblastoma and anaplastic astrocytoma are the most common and aggressive brain cancers with low chances of survival. Anaplastic astrocytoma is treated with Temalieva 100mg Capsule or radiotherapy after biopsy, whereas Glioblastoma multiforme is treated with a combination of radiotherapy and Temalieva 100mg Capsule, and it is continued as maintenance therapy.

The common side effects that are likely to associate with Temalieva 100mg Capsule are nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, constipation, hair loss, rashes, tiredness, frequent urination, vision and hearing problems, high blood sugar levels, muscle damage, pain in muscles and joints, memory loss, coordination problems, infections, sleep problems and loss of weight. Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms disturb you or persist.

Inform your physician if you are allergic to Temalieva 100mg Capsule and its ingredients. Before starting treatment with this medication, let your physician know if you have hepatitis B infection, anemia, low platelet count, low level of RBC and WBC, blood clotting problems, or any liver or kidney problems. Your physician will monitor your WBC and platelet counts regularly. Avoid taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Both women and men should use birth control to avoid pregnancy and fathering a child.

Gestlieva 200mg Capsule contains the active component Progesterone which belongs to the group of medicines called hormone replacement therapy [HRT]. It is a hormone that plays a vital role in the female reproductive system and menstrual cycle. It is produced mainly by the ovaries after ovulation, but the placenta can also produce it during pregnancy and in smaller amounts by the adrenal glands.

It is not recommended to use this medication if you are allergic to the active compound progesterone and its components. It is not recommended to use if you are allergic to soya. It is not advised to use  Gestlieva 200mg Capsule if you have breast cancer or any type of cancer that is oestrogen receptor sensitive. It is not recommended to use  Gestlieva 200mg Capsule if you have a clotting disorder or blood clot in veins (lungs or legs) and  unexplained vaginal bleeding. It is not advised to consume  Gestlieva 200mg Capsule if you have a heart attack, stroke, angina or abnormal liver function tests. It is not given to patients with a rare inherited blood disorder called porphyria. It is not advised to be used in children.

In some cases, individuals with certain hormonal imbalances, such as uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or poorly managed diabetes, may need careful monitoring or adjustment of their medication regimen when using this medication. It is not recommended to use  Gestlieva 200mg Capsule if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant or while you are breastfeeding. If you are under 50 years old or your last menstrual cycle was less than a year ago, you might still need to utilize extra using contraceptives to avoid getting pregnant.
