Introduction to Nuparp 300mg Tablet

Nuparp 300mg tablet contains the active ingredient rucaparib. It is an anti-cancer medicine that belongs to the class of medications called PARP (poly ADP-ribose polymerase) inhibitors. It is used to help maintain the response to other treatments for certain types of ovarian cancer, fallopian tube (a tube that transports eggs released by the ovaries to the uterus), and primary peritoneal (layer of tissue that lines the abdomen) cancer that has reoccurred in adults who have previously completely responded or partially responded to other chemotherapy treatments. 

It is also used to treat certain types of cancer in people with specific gene (BRCA) changes who have received treatment with at least two other chemotherapy treatments. It is also indicated as maintenance therapy immediately after chemotherapy which has caused the tumor to shrink. Do not take Nuparp 300mg tablet if you are allergic to Nuparp or any of the ingredients. This medication can cause low blood counts; hence your healthcare professional will advise you to take certain blood tests before and every month during the treatment.  

Inform your doctor if you have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain during the treatment because this medicine may affect your stomach or bowels. Nuparp 300mg tablet should not be given to children under 18 years of age. Notify your physician if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, suspecting, or planning for pregnancy during the treatment with this medicine. Women with reproductive potential should use effective contraception during the treatment.

Introduction to Gestlieva 400mg Capsule

Gestlieva 400mg Capsule contains the active component Progesterone which belongs to the group of medicines called hormone replacement therapy [HRT]. It is a hormone that plays a vital role in the female reproductive system and menstrual cycle. It is produced mainly by the ovaries after ovulation, but the placenta can also produce it during pregnancy and in smaller amounts by the adrenal glands.

It is not recommended to use this medication if you are allergic to the active compound progesterone and its components. It is not recommended to use if you are allergic to soya. It is not advised to use  Gestlieva 400mg Capsule if you have breast cancer or any type of cancer that is oestrogen receptor sensitive. It is not recommended to use Gestlieva 400mg Capsule if you have a clotting disorder or blood clot in veins (lungs or legs) and  unexplained vaginal bleeding. It is not advised to consume  Gestlieva 400mg Capsule if you have a heart attack, stroke, angina or abnormal liver function tests. It is not given to patients with a rare inherited blood disorder called porphyria. It is not advised to be used in children.

In some cases, individuals with certain hormonal imbalances, such as uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or poorly managed diabetes, may need careful monitoring or adjustment of their medication regimen when using this medication. It is not recommended to use  Gestlieva 400mg Capsule if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant or while you are breastfeeding. If you are under 50 years old or your last menstrual cycle was less than a year ago, you might still need to utilize extra using contraceptives to avoid getting pregnant. Speak with your doctor about your medical history before starting the treatment. It is necessary to inform your healthcare provider regarding all the medicines you are taking including herbal, vitamin and over the counter medicines.

• Used as hormone replacement therapy: It is used along with estrogen to reduce menopausal symptoms.
• Treatment of Amenorrhea: A condition in which women don’t get their periods for months
• Reduce the risk of uterine cancer
• Prevention of Endometrial Hyperplasia

MEDICAL DESCRIPTION OF SORALIEVA TABLETSoralieva 200mg Tablet contains Sorafenib 200mg used to treat renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer), Hepatocellular carcinoma (hepatic cancer), and Thyroid Cancer. It is not recommended in pediatric use
It is used in the treatment of the following conditions as renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer), Hepatocellular carcinoma (hepatic cancer), and Thyroid cancerRenal cell carcinoma

Thyroid cancer
Abnormal cell growth in the thyroid gland leads to the formation of tumor and cause cancer. Symptoms include a lump on your neck, change in your voice, pain in your neck and throat, inflamed lymph nodes in your neck, and difficulty in swallowing.

Introduction to Rolimus 10mg Tablet

Rolimus 10mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug belonging to the class of mTOR kinase inhibitors, containing the active ingredient everolimus. It is used to treat advanced breast cancer, renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours, and also in the treatment of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (tumours are found in the ventricles of the brain). Good oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups are important during the treatment since this medicine can cause sores or ulcers in the mouth. It is often combined with cyclophosphamide, an alkylating agent, to treat subependymal giant cell astrocytoma.

Before taking this medicine, it is necessary to know that your risk of getting bacterial or viral infection increases with this treatment. If you have been infected with Hepatitis B, Rolimus 10mg tablet increases the chances of reinfection. Tell your healthcare provider if you experience fever, chills, cough, yellowing of the skin, joint pain, or swelling during this treatment. You must limit your exposure to sunlight and UV light by wearing protective clothing and applying sunscreen frequently, as this medicine may increase the risk of developing cancers. Avoid taking grapefruit juice or grapefruit while taking this medicine. 

Introduction to Erlocip 150mg Tablet

Erlocip 150mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine. Cancer is an abnormal and uncontrolled multiplication of cells within the body. It is used in the treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.It is also used in advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer if the previous therapy failed to stop the disease. 

Erlocip 150mg Tablet is given in combination with Gemcitabine to treat pancreas cancer at the metastatic stage. Administration of this medicine may lead to kidney and liver failure. The doctor will periodically monitor kidney and liver function. Inform the physician about any history of clotting disorders or medicines taken for clotting disorders, as the Erlocip 150mg Tablet may increase the tendency to bleed. 

Inform the physician if patients develop pain in the eye, blurred vision, cough, fever, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, and persistent diarrhea while taking this medicine. Patients are advised not to smoke while treated with this medicine, as smoking may decrease the amount of medicine in the blood. Wear protective clothing and sunscreen while going outside.

Hertab 250mg Tablet contains the active ingredient lapatinib. It is indicated to treat advanced breast cancer and it may be used alone or in combination with other medications. It is effective against cells sensitive to hormones and rapidly multiplying cancer cells that produce most of the protein called human epidermal growth receptor -2.
